Once upon a time, in May of 2003, I started a diary, No-Fool in order to better my writing skills. Although my writing has become better since then, I don't really believe it was because of my diary.
So I'm starting starkid- for two different reasons:
1.) In order to keep a diary that is somewhat secret to the certain people in my offline life, so I don't have to censor things I say.
2.) To actually use my diary to better my writing skills.
Number one is the only reason I moved from Bloody Juliet to here. People whom I didn't want in my diary were reading it and not stopping when I asked them to. I already had started a secret diary (which will still remain secret) where I could say the things I wanted to say, without censorship, but sadly, it just turned into a poetry diary. Plus, I wanted my other readers to be able to read what's on my mind. So here starkid- is. Hopefully, this one will stay somewhat secret.
If this diary sometimes seems like I'm writing a novel of my life, that's just because I'm trying to write like I would be. I'm going to try to eliminate all of my annoying, stupid trying-to-be-humourous ramblings. So most things will be trying-to-be-serious-or-something-like-it ramblings. So please bear with me on this one. If it annoys you, you don't have to read it.
